Joanna Pinkerton has been providing facial aesthetics services since 1999. After working in dermatology for several years, Joanna made the exciting decision to switch to plastic surgery. Joanna’s specialized training in surgical patient care and extensive experience in skincare led to collaboration with top physicians in developing protocols for both skincare and surgical patients.

Joanna makes it a priority to understand the individualized needs of every patient she treats and is highly dedicated to the best possible care of her patients. Over the years she has built great relationships with her patients which have made them life-long skincare patients. “It is important to me to listen and educate my patients. By taking a very creative approach to skin care, I customize each treatment plan to attain optimal results. It’s amazing to see my patients’ self-esteem improve as the health of their skin is improved! I find it very rewarding to be a part of this process.”

With her commitment to excellence and her desire to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in lasers and facial rejuvenation, Joanna actively participates in educational courses, product seminars, and industry conferences.

Joanna was featured in Society for Plastic Surgery Skincare Specialists for her contribution to skin care for cancer patients. She has developed a treatment protocol that was used to help improve patient’s skin while they are going through chemotherapy and radiation.

Joanna is also an instructor at the Integrative Medical Aesthetic Program of New Jersey – a program educating physicians and aestheticians on laser treatments, injectables, the anatomy of the skin, corrective skincare procedures and the “Circle of Care”.

Jane Marie’s journey to uncover the elusive fountain of youth is life long and her commitment to her clients goes far beyond the surface. • Serving as the Director of Aesthetics at the Sally Balin Medical Center in Media, Pa., and the Laser Institute of New England, Inc., in Newtown Centre, Mass. At the Laser Institute of New England, Inc., she co-founded the Institute of Medical Esthetics, a postgraduate center for licensed aestheticians, physicians and nurses.)
• Implementing skin care programs addressing acne, age management and pigmentation concerns at several dermatology practices. (She really knows her stuff.)

Ledia Leka-Sotelo is a licensed clinical aesthetician with advanced certifications in clinical skin care. She specializes in treating aging skin, hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne scarring, and rosacea. Ledia is certified in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, micro-needling, IPL photofacial, fractionated laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, radio frequency for skin tightening and Sculpsure fat reduction. She believes in working individually with patients to find the treatment best suited for their skin and educating them on products and proper home care.

A passionate world traveler, Ledia has experienced some of the most exotic and splendid skincare treatments around the world in places including Italy, France, Thailand, and the Maldives Islands. These truly unique experiences, along with her professional history and in-depth knowledge of the skincare world, have enabled Ledia to continue to offer her patients an exceptional aesthetic experience.

Ledia was raised in Italy where she gained her passion for skin care and is fluent in three languages. She is a graduate of Temple University and the Aveda Institute.

Maria is a graduate of Temple University where she earned a bachelors degree in Nursing. She has over 25 years experience in nursing. She has been performing medical skincare treatments for skin correction and rejuvenation for over ten years. She is presently dedicated to spending most of her time as Director of Injectable Medicine and Allergan Trainer. She holds advanced certificates for all injectable dermal fillers, Botox Cosmetic and as an Allergan Trainer.

Maria is highly endorsed to perform facial enhancement and sculpting using Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Sculptra, Botox Cosmetic and Dysport. She is able to perform filler treatments using the Dermasculpt cannula in order to prevent bruising while injecting most dermal filler products.

Maria has many years of injection experience from all specialty areas of her nursing career. Her knowledge and experience in facial aesthetics and proficiency in facial sculpting, as well as her knowledge of all dermal fillers and Botox, will be evident to clients interested in pursuing injectable facial therapy.

Jessica Gallen is a Certified Nurse Injector and expert provider of non-surgical procedures. Jessica is a graduate of Community College of Philadelphia, where she received an Associate Degree of Science in Nursing and continues her BSN Nursing education at Wilmington University.

Jessica specializes in facial/body enhancement and rejuvenation with the use of Injectables such as Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Kybella, Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, Sculptra and procedures including Ultherapy, Cellfina, and SculpSure.

Jessica is a Certified Merz Trainer demonstrating clinical expertise in the use of Xeomin, Belotero Balance, Radiesse, Ultherapy, and Cellfina. She was named an Ultherapy Ultra Provider and was awarded with the Cellfina High Five Award making her one of the top National providers of Ultherapy and Cellfina.

Jessica is featured in local press including Philadelphia Wedding Magazine, Philly Style Magazine, and 6abc News for her expertise of Cellfina and Sculpsure. She was also awarded Best of Philadelphia 2016 for Best Cellulite Treatment, Cellfina.

Maureen obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Drexel University’s co-op program. She then began her nursing career in the Bone Marrow Transplant unit and the inpatient oncology unit at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where Maureen worked for 5 years. This experience not only taught Maureen the importance of compassion and patience in nursing, but also the need for a meaningful connection in order to achieve a truly successful nurse/patient relationship.

Maureen has now segued her career into cosmetic medicine focusing on hair restoration. In addition to performing a number of hair restoration procedures, she also is the clinical director and surgical coordinator for the Griffin Hair Restoration Center of Philadelphia.
